Nestled in a labyrinth of greenery planted with 360 different species of tropical plants, overlooking the majestic Traouiero valley, stands a surprising wooden house, which we discovered in July 2020 and which quickly became our haven of peace.

For a long time now I had wanted to share my taste for sweets. It was this unique place that definitely convinced me to do it.

​

In this house, in the greatest calm, I will show you the tricks of classic pastry, the pastes and the creams, whether they are whipped, chiboust, pâtissière or mousseline. Together we will master the art of cooking ganaches, meringues, choux, babas, but also the secrets of the Merveilleux, the Paris-Brest, the Tiramisù, and so on and even better ones.

I will welcome you three to four times a week in groups of 4 people maximum for 3.5 hours. Each of you will get involved and leave with your own creations.
