CHILDREN COURSES
From the age of 10 (the age of reason in the kitchen! Just look at the photo above), I will welcome your children to help them discover the little secrets of my pastry shop. While having fun, they will learn to clarify an egg (separate the white from the yolk), to squeeze whites (add sugar when the whites start to foam), to lower pin dough, poach a fruit, shirt a mold, and so on.
