Les cours de pâtisserie ont lieu tous les samedis après midi, hors vacances scolaires.
Deux formules sont possibles : débutant et amateur.

Come and discover in my house the skills of classic pastry, the pastes and the creams, whether they are whipped cream, chiboust, pâtissière or mousseline. Together we will master the art of ganaches, cooking seafoodingues, macaroons, choux, babas, the secrets of Merveilleux, Framboisier, Paris-Brest, Tiramisù, and so on and the best. Each will leave with his creations.

 

Two formulas:

Workshop formula: 3.5 hours of learning with two or three creations (€65 per participant)

Course formula: 2 hours around a unique cake (40€ per participant)

Do not hesitate to book with family or friends, or even offer the course or workshop in the form of a “gift voucher”.
